C\u2019est l\u00e0 le r\u00f4le des fonctions cognitives et ex\u00e9cutives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonctions cognitives sont nos capacit\u00e9s mentales de base, comme les musiciens d&#8217;un orchestre, et les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9s les chefs d\u2019orchestre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout comme les chefs d\u2019orchestres sont musiciens mais tous les musiciens ne sont pas chefs d\u2019orchestres, toutes les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives sont des fonctions cognitives, mais toutes les fonctions cognitives ne sont pas des fonctions ex\u00e9cutives. Les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives sont sp\u00e9cifiquement celles qui r\u00e9gulent, contr\u00f4lent et g\u00e8rent les autres fonctions cognitives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonctions cognitives sont les capacit\u00e9s mentales que nous utilisons pour penser, apprendre et comprendre. Elles sont \u00e0 la base de la plupart de nos interactions avec le monde qui nous entoure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles regroupent :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perception<\/strong> : Reconnaissance et interpr\u00e9tation des stimuli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attention<\/strong> : Concentration sur une t\u00e2che ou un stimulus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9moire<\/strong> : Stockage et rappel d&#8217;informations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Langage<\/strong> : Compr\u00e9hension et production du langage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pens\u00e9e<\/strong> : Raisonnement, jugement, r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces fonctions cognitives suivent donc les directive du chef d&#8217;orchestre que nous avons nomm\u00e9, les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives. Celles-ci sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inhibition<\/strong> : Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les impulsions et \u00e0 stopper une action ou une pens\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 cognitive<\/strong> : Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 changer d&#8217;approche ou de perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9moire de travail<\/strong> : Maintien et manipulation d&#8217;informations sur une courte p\u00e9riode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planification et organisation<\/strong> : \u00c9laboration de strat\u00e9gies et d&#8217;\u00e9tapes pour atteindre un objectif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auto-surveillance (ou monitoring)<\/strong> : \u00c9valuation de ses propres performances et ajustements si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong> : Gestion des \u00e9motions pour atteindre des objectifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprendre au mieux ces fonctions, nous permet non seulement d&#8217;admirer la symphonie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, mais aussi de chercher des moyens de le soutenir et de l&#8217;optimiser.
